1. What is the Return Policy?
You may return any product for a refund of the purchase price or exchange within 14 days, provided the product has not been used by you. You must contact them within 7 days of receipt of the product for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number at 509-663-5255, M-F 8:30 - 4:30 PST (Pacific Standard Time.)
